What is Strategy Thread?
Strategy Thread ingests primary-source YouTube content from operators in AI, SaaS,
and the creator economy, then distills it into temporal narrative articles —
essays that show how an idea evolves across episodes, channels, and time.
Every article cites the source it was distilled from and links back to the original video.
How articles get made
- Discovery — a poller watches a curated set of channels.
- Transcription & structuring — transcripts are pulled and segmented by topic.
- Synthesis — Claude drafts a narrative article that contextualizes
the source against prior coverage in the same bucket (AI automation, SaaS growth, content systems, creator playbook).
- Editorial review — every article is reviewed before publishing,
with my edits, framing, and CTAs added on top of the model's draft.
- Publishing — articles ship to https://www.strategythread.app and Medium.
Editorial standards
- No article publishes without a primary source link.
- Speculation is labeled; quotes are verbatim from the transcript.
- Search-performance signals (GSC + GA4) feed back into how future articles get framed.
